Recipe for fruit pulp without flour, sugar and starch
I made a wonderful fruit pulp with just fruit, without any additives.
Materials
As many figs as you want
If there is any other fruit, I used dried apricots and dried mulberries to sweeten it.
Let's put it all in the pot, add some water and cook until the fruits soften.
After the fruits soften, let's put them in the blender.
Let's spread the mixture in a thin layer using a spoon on baking paper in a sunny place.
Let's dry it for 3-4 days.
Let's turn it over and dry it in 1 day.
Let's take it off the baking papers and cut the fruit pulp.
Let's sprinkle starch on them to prevent them from sticking and fold them.
Let's keep it in a cool place..
