Loop Calibrators
Loop calibrators are a type of electrical calibrator specifically designed to troubleshoot 4-20 mA current loops. Current loops are extremely common in industrial measurement and control applications due to their ease in setting up, wide power supply requirements, low noise output, and ability to be transmitted over great distance without loss. Loop calibrators are capable of measuring current, sourcing current to unpowered devices in a loop, as well as simulating the operation of loop-powered 4-20 mA transmitters.
A flow control valve regulates the flow or pressure of a fluid. Control valves normally respond to signals generated by independent devices such as flow meters or temperature gauges.

Thanks a million times dear Engineer, that was very helpful, yet i still have two short questions please; * May i get the model number of the valve / data sheet i want to study this valve for more knowledge, * may i know what the terminal numbers 9/10 are for ? * Why in the signal measuring process @07:41 you did not break the loop from the signal wire which is connected to terminal number 7 then please which terminal/signal wire did you connect the Fluke 745 ? I do highly appreciate your valuable reply and spreading your knowledge to the world

Great For the terminal IP to convertor you should check input + and - and connect the fluke 2 lead and for output check the controller output and connect the +and - as per polarity. The model is mil control valve and controller is Siemens IP to convertor.@Malik Arthur
