Eureka Seven was the single most boring and drawn out mecha anime I've ever watched. The battles were boring, and short lived. The drama was so forced, you could see events happening several episodes before they happened. The best part about the show was the revelations section where they introduced some cool scifi about the scub coral and it being a haven of knowledge and acceptance, and then they completely dismissed the only good plot point in favour of forcing two mismatched romances. Great art, great soundtrack, great mech design, shit story.

Shiro Hibana I remember now, thanks. But she wasn't beaten that badly. And in Eureka 7, Renton ends up with Eureka while in Evangelion only Shinji and Asuka are left alone in the entire world. They also have children, although their first one dies, but their son lives on and even saves them, and they get to be together again. In Evangelion, Shinji loses almost everything, except Asuka, so I guess they end up together as Adam and Eve since they have to repopulate the world, but I doubt that they have a happy relationship.

Eureka seven fue uno de los primeros animes que vi para ya en el 2013 cuando tenia 10 años junto con Another, code geass, Mirai Nikki(The Future Diary) school Days y Sword Art Online, Eureka seven este anime tiene muchos puntos malos pero me gusta y lo he visto 3 veces y las peliculas y ahora tengo 20 años ya estoy viejo

same, I don't really watch anime anymore because they don't produce good anime as much. Most of the mainstreme shit is way over rated and all about ecchi that's how they got popular in the first place. in my younger years of watching anime I used to not care about ecchi because I thought all anime had those types of lifeless filling scenes. Boy was I wrong, shit fam after watching shit like Berserk skip beat, and Ergo proxy you can never go back.
