What type of valve used downstream to flow meter? Butterfly type or gate valve?

You should be using glycerin filled gauges for accuracy not just shutting the valve off. Also where is your PPE ? Has the flow meter been calibrated ?

Oil filled caliberated gauges afe code to be used during any pump test. I really hope your pulling from a tank cause if your not your playing Russian roulette taking that suction pressure down to 0. Your asking for that underground to collapse.
