Hi Hardit Singh, thanks for the demo and it's great. Further to this demo, do you have any tutorial to include the INC records into EMAIL Body? For example using the INC category to query Incident_Metric table and include all the activity within this INC into email body? Thanks

@@user-ps6ce7ud7m you can you use Actions in flow to bring values and then assign them in flow variables. It will depend on the requirement as well.
