Hi Leslie, that’s actually a real quesadilla, one can call it a “street” quesadilla. It’s made with tortilla dough and then fried, instead of a tortilla and then fried, (weirdly a very different result) that’s why it reminded you of a tamal 😊 Thanks for the great review videos!

The video clip was unusable unfortunately. The chicken and waffles were fantastic - favorite thing. Chicken was well cooked but the waffle was savory with a sweet corn and together they made a great pairing. The flatbread had blueberries, honey, goat cheese - and went really well together with sweet and acidic contrast. Highly recommend both.

Literally all we drink is water when we aren’t drinking this stuff. Plus we have two bottles of water in our park bag.
