For anyone who is wondering, I am fairly confident this company is cruelty-free, which it claims. I just spent a good amount of time with a customer service representative (and probably annoyed them with my multitude of questions), and they were adamant that the company does not conduct testing, nor do their suppliers or third parties. The only thing that makes me wary is that they *do* sell to mainland China, but laws there have changed and testing is no longer required on products that don't make a new treatment or medical claim.

They don't just sell to mainland China, Flower Knows is a Chinese beauty brand made in China, with headquarters in Hangzhou. A lot of people mistake it for K-beauty, but it's not.

@@rockermystic yes, it 100% is a Chinese brand, made in China, and sold in mainland China. Definitely good to point out, though the brand still can be cruelty-free, especially with the changes in the law. The rep was very adamant about their lack of testing, and did address my concerns (I ask all the questions Cruelty-Free Kitty asks). We all just have to make the choice for ourselves with the given information 🙂.
