I haven't covered it in any videos. I am currently training simply for body composition and health. Trying to be as muscular and lean as possible while living a healthy life 👍

6:53 be careful using "hypothetically" and "theory" interchangeably, for example gravity is a theory not a hypothesis. Good exercise information nonetheless 👏

Yes, you're right! A theory is something that it established with research backing it up, while a hypothesis is more of an assumption. Good pick up 👍

If I do loads of reps say 30 and go close to failure does that mean it’s hypertrophy but also endurance as well?

I don’t typically go really heavy I just pick a weight which is moderate and keep going until technical failure (my form starts to break down)

Yes, that will also help with muscular endurance in addition to hypertrophy 💪
