I grew up in the Quad Cities. Illinois, Iowa border. Not a Hawkeye fan. But how do you grow up here and not have mad respect for Hawkeye Wrestling. They produce a legend in the sport almost every year. AMAZING DOCUMENTARY!!!! ✌🏻❤️🙏🏻

I’m not going to lie, I had absolutely no respect for DeSanto after watching him wrestle at Drexel. I thought he was a nothing but a punk and a sore loser. However, how can you not have the upmost respect for him after he learned to be a man and was giving back to the young wrestling community. Of course he still his setbacks but who doesn’t? I’m happy Austin found a great friend and mentor in Spencer Lee and the Brand brothers!

Yeah, the kid is tough but he didn’t have a torn acl and just “sucked it up” and wrestled through it! 😂😂 they also love to mention how those shots of cortisone don’t help tremendously allowing them not to think about the pain. But give me a break you’re not that bad to wrestle on an actual torn acl
