@NewKidzOnTheBlockFAN NewKidzOnTheBlockFAN j'den was 136 - 5 in college, 3x national champion (1,5,1,1) against some pretty tough competition. maybe bo had a better college career, but to say cox was never as good, and that bo would probably pin him is hyperbole.

@NewKidzOnTheBlockFAN NewKidzOnTheBlockFAN But he didn't... you are guessing that he would. Styles make matches. Cox wrestled who was in front of him in college. Nickal did the same. He was a 4X Champ who was trading wins with Sndyer, a freak in his own right(one year Cox would win Greco, lose in FS at Fargo, the other year Snyder would win Greco and lose in FS)... He had like...2 losses in ~210 matches. He'd likely be an Olympic Champ if they didn't limit the # of weights. Although...to be fair, Sadulaev probably wouldn't have gone all the way up, he'd probably be in Cox weight and Snyder would be in 97KG and he'd be on his 3rd Olympic Gold. But, not how it worked out. I was the type of guy who'd Wrestle Cox to a 4-2 match and then go out and Wrestle the guy he beat 19-4 and lose to him 4-3. It's easy at a certain level to lose close(to be clear, never Wrestled Cox, but did Wrestle quite a few 2X, 3X Champs in 5 yrs in the B1G). There's a big mental hurdle between just keeping it close and opening up, learning and trying to get better. Might have seen the podium quicker if I wasn't worried about losing close and more worried about getting better...
