Secondly, if you bothered to do some research you would then understand that he admitted to domestic violence even though he said he did nothing wrong because he didn't want to cancel his fight he had. That's his money, just as you have a job boxing is his. Like you need your money he needs his. People get arrested everyday and admit to minor offenses so they don't have to go through the hassle of hiring a lawyer and enduring a long legal process. There are innocent people that get arrested everyday. You choose to believe what you want. But, that doesn't make it a fact. The reality is the only people that know the truth are the two individuals involved. There was zero physical evidence by the way. But, you would know that if you took the time to look it up. Learned how to double under crossover skip from this video. I can skip Mayweather style now have been for the last 3 years. Respect to the goat. Those toes make music as do mine now
@Z4NKA15 ай бұрын
how do you do it?
@keithmutamba13955 ай бұрын
@@Z4NKA1 you need to understand the basics right. So obviously there is the boxer step. Which is really basic learning how to tap your feet in rhythm with the rope is good. Then learn crossovers just simple crossovers with both feet jumping at the same time. When more comfortable do boxer step and do crossovers. Next you need to learn how to run m so you start with learning how to jog in a rope. You started by hopping on one leg for both sides. Then it’s a case of trial and error till you find your rhythms. Crossover running, once you find your rhythm running you need to find when to crossover while running just figure out how to do one then keep running. Double under crossover. You want to jump high on the first skip then crossover in the air. That’s the rhythm. Figure out how to do one then try two. Then when you get really comfortable blitz them. The foundations are the key
