Finally getting this down after alot of frustration!! The problem I was having was too much jerk in the rope. After watching u in slow motion I realized it's no jerk it's just sliding it over and has to be equal on both the flip and non flip with momentum, kinda of a ying yang thing. Hope I get to meet u one day bro 🙏 your a legend!!!

I just started today and can’t do more than ten jumps in a row. Also I may be jumping a bit too high. Five minutes destroyed me. I’m not the type to give up.

I have been jumping rope for awhile now so I'm no beginner. These are probably the best tips on the Cross-Overs on youtube or any where else for that matter! I just did over a hundred Cross-Overs in a row with your simple tip of the thumbs. Thanks

I'm doing 1,500 to 2,000 skips per day, my conditionating is good. Now I got to this video to start gettin skills since I can only do 3 crossovers, now that I watched you, you've become my new goal, you got some mad skills, bro, from 5:15 to 5:40 you jumped the rope so fast but smoothly, can't stop watching it. I hope one day can I get to jum the rope the way you do, and make it look that easy. Thanks for the video, man!

Once you learn to know your pace and rhythm, then when you start learning tricks, jumping rope becomes addictive. Yes, it takes time, patience, frustration, focus and determination haha. It becomes some sort of boost of happiness, confidence for achieving it. And it feels so good!

There are just people that will hit the dislike button if the video was on proof for the cure of aids...What is it to not like about this video?The skill & timing applied is incredible...I'll bet you the vast majority of people who hit the dislike button would make some lame claims about seeing someone else who can jump rope better. I'm willing not one of them could do a better job than this guy... Most people just can't enjoy anything...

This is so difficult😭yet you make it look so friggin easy😱 man the worst shit that happened to me last night when the bloody rope hit me behind my head and on my right eye🤦🏿‍♂️ that shit hit me so hard I wanted to give up,but I’m not giving up,I’m gonna go back again this evening and practice,I will get it right some day and when I do, boy oh boy,the world will feel my roping presence.

That’s actually a good workout 10 slow 10 fast repeat for a 1min or whatever you can handle 3-5 sets good burn
