Finally getting this down after alot of frustration!! The problem I was having was too much jerk in the rope. After watching u in slow motion I realized it's no jerk it's just sliding it over and has to be equal on both the flip and non flip with momentum, kinda of a ying yang thing. Hope I get to meet u one day bro 🙏 your a legend!!!

I'm doing 1,500 to 2,000 skips per day, my conditionating is good. Now I got to this video to start gettin skills since I can only do 3 crossovers, now that I watched you, you've become my new goal, you got some mad skills, bro, from 5:15 to 5:40 you jumped the rope so fast but smoothly, can't stop watching it. I hope one day can I get to jum the rope the way you do, and make it look that easy. Thanks for the video, man!

Once you learn to know your pace and rhythm, then when you start learning tricks, jumping rope becomes addictive. Yes, it takes time, patience, frustration, focus and determination haha. It becomes some sort of boost of happiness, confidence for achieving it. And it feels so good!

There are just people that will hit the dislike button if the video was on proof for the cure of aids...What is it to not like about this video? The skill & timing applied is incredible...I'll bet you the vast majority of people who hit the dislike button would make some lame claims about seeing someone else who can jump rope better. I'm willing not one of them could do a better job than this guy... Most people just can't enjoy anything...

I’ve been jump roping damn near solid for 20 years and I still don’t see it getting more popular. It’s just too hard for most people. 9 out of 10 people are completely astounded when they see even half of what a good jump roper can do in person.
