Over the yrs of really following floyd and his camp, I've witnessed incredible growth in not only skill...but mindset. It's rubbed off positively on tank and I'm sure anyone who trains under the tmt banner. There are still the moments of build up in fights and talking smack, but for the most part, humble, well spoken, positive, with a growth mindset rather than a fixed negative mindset.
