[FLUENT] Setting up a dynamic mesh simulation

Yagnik Bandyopadhyay (MS 2023) explains how to set up a 6DOF simulation using the ANSYS Fluent. The current version of Fluent offers a means to do such simulations without requiring to couple via the user-defined function (UDF), which is cumbersome and a source of computational inefficiency.

Hi! The model I chose for this particular simulation was laminar

Reynolds number for this cylinder wake flow falls in laminar regime. So, no turbulence model was used.
