"Venga" is used more in Spain ... We Latinos use the word "vamos...

Y tambien "venga" no significa "Let's go" ... It literally means .. "Come"

"Venga" is just like "vamos", it can be used as a literal form of the verb "ir" or as an interjection, so while "venga" literally means "come" it also means "let's go" or "come on" when used as an interjection! Hope this helps :)
