Found the breakdown here on the Unreal Engine Official Channel: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iGO1gqCVd9prZ6s , His blog here: asher.gg/, and a link to the Demo files here: asher.gg/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/VolumetricFogDemos.zip Good luck!

Here's another tutorial that offers a better (IMHO) breakdown: www.worldofleveldesign.com/categories/ue4/volumetric-clouds-create-material.php and yet another video tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r6DPeHh_p82oZtU

wow! it looks like the Gear5 volumetric fog! Did you use a baked heightmap from the level?
can anyone show me how to realise this in my level ? i need this reaally, please ? HOW is this working, or a least what is this effect calling i will search for it to learn more

If it's what me and Christian Maund think it is, then you don't need it in your level (if it's a game), trust me. The overdraw on that beast, covering the whole screen space, will melt any video card. However, if you want to try it, here's a link to a tut that should set you on the right path (but check your shader complexity afterwards and prepare to see a white screen pretty much): kzbin.info/www/bejne/gZDGppKbh7CmmJo&pp=wgIECgIIAQ%3D%3D
