Today we make a delicious marble cake with apricot jam for an empowering breakfast before going to work or school. It comes out fluffy and especially tasty.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
4 eggs
250 g of sugar
200 ml of milk
200 ml seed oil
2 vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
400 g of self-rising flour
3 tbsps of cocoa
3 tbsps of self-raising flour
Apricot jam
Method
Take a bowl and beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
Then add the milk, oil and mix. Add the vanilla, baking powder and flour and work to make a paste.
When our mixture is ready, we divide it into two parts, one in 1/3 and the other in 2/3.
In 1/3 we incorporate the cocoa, while in 2/3 the 3 spoons of self-rising flour.
Then, in a buttered and floured cake form, make a layer with 1/4 of the white dough and place 1/3 of the dark dough on top. We repeat the process until the doughs are finished.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius on the resistances until golden brown.
TIP: When it gets colored, check with a stick if the inside is cooked.
When it cools down, take it out of the mold and cover it with apricot jam.
