I actually did kind of wish that the Giga was a sort of alone entity as I was looking forward to see what colours and palettes you could put on the Dominion Giga, however then I realised at the time of the trailer dropping that it's just going to be a skin itself.

Yes I'm aware but the Giga skin is so drastically different from the JWE Giga it basically feels like a new species and you can imagine the different colours you could make for it.

I’m the same. I was praying that they’d give us a scarred Rexy skin and I’m happy to say that I’m not disappointed. Means I don’t have to keep making my 1993 skinned rex fight to end up with scars lol. Also, that feathered rex is phenomenal.

Fascinating considering recently we finally discovered Trex didn’t have feathers(adult) as a juvi tho probably had ‘em. Idk why JW decided to do it when feathers were discovered to not be on Rex but they still have velociraptor no feathers and frikin pronated hands, I wish beta was an accurate raptor but had the coloring on the feathers (Correction it didn’t have feathers but most likely had dinofuzz)

Love how the Giganotosaurus just looks like if Trevorrow decided to partake in the "Let's design a better hybrid" art thingy all the ways back. I must admit, I really don't like the design, less because of the draconic-ness and more because it is just another bland sandy greyish-brown. The Paras and Quetz are definitely my fave Dominion designs, and I'm afraid they're in a "victor by default" situation xP Also, don't blame yourself for forgetting about the new Dilo, I assume that most other people either did, too, or will have forgotten by the time this DLC stopped being fresh.

About the only change I wish was made to the Giga is that I wish it had a proper lipped jaw. The general ornamentation doesn’t bother me as much even if it could be toned down a little, but they leaned too far into the unnatural Indominus look for it

They give T-rex feathers despite there being no proof at all that it had feathers yet they can't give us more individual tree options. Still want the individual trees we had on JWE1. It's nice that they do updates but we need more options for enclosures and things of that nature. Waterfalls, cliffs, stuff like that.

Showcase or not, you still have a duty to ensure that your dinosaurs are comfortable and their needs fullfilled. Seeing the Dreadnoughtus wither and die due to neglet before our eyes sure setted the mood for this video. Alternative solution: Once you are done with one dinosaur, just sell it. This way we can at least pretend it goes to someone who knows how to take care of them.

Evolution Square, you aren't wrong about the model quality! Most species that returned from the original JWE are using their old models and textures (especially the 2001 Pteranodon which is guilty of this.) The newer dinosaurs or skin-models are newer, and have higher quality as a result.

It's kinda disapointing that in JWE2 the movie skins/variants are in only one color pattern, sticking strictly to the movie. While in the first game there was multiple patterns for the movie skins/variants like 6 2001 ankylosaurus, 6 2001 and 1993 Brachiosaurus, etc ...

I think you are mistaken, there was only a single colour for all the previous movie variants, maybe 2 if an extra was shown in the movies like 1997 T Rex. There were only more skins for some dinos if they had a few movie appearances, like velociraptor.

I just got home from the movie. Loved it. Especially Dr. Grant. Everyone got the ending I wanted, even Dr Wu. So I get home, excited to start playing the game only to realize that even though it is now the 14th (I work nights) It wont unlock for several more hours... right when I wanted to go to sleep. Which means Im going to have to wait 24 hours roughly to play the new DLC... NOOOOO My one disappointment. I wish Rexy did a little bit more in the movie. But I get wanting to show off the other dinos more, and I was very impressed with the new ones. Rexy still my favorite.
