Very good explanation but i think that Pa-Pb=0 because bothe free manometric pressure = 0. So we can eliminat both pressure

The air pressure at the free surfaces will be slightly different since they are at different elevations (pressure decreases with altitude). However, the difference in pressure heads is usually very small compared to differences in the other terms that survive, so we can neglect the difference in pressure heads.
