Perfect mix for me today, I got a message from the universe let go of the old so you can let the new in. Took a cold shower while listening to this not realizing the creator of this mix is asking what do you need to let go to find peace. Ironically this is exactly how I feel at the moment. It’s a three day weekend. All the chores are done. My dog is asleep on the bed after having a big play session and walk through the town. My work lunches for the week are made. And I can relax into a few cans of lager beers and some Skyrim on this gloomy, grey-clouded day on the Oregon cost. This is what it’s all about, mates.

Good morning all ☮️ To find peace today, I consider what weight I am carrying that no longer serves me. Is it a grudge, an expectation, or a regret? Maybe it’s the relentless need for control, the fear of the unknown, or the stories I keep telling myself about who I should be. What if, just for today, I released the grip on these burdens? What if I chose to let go of the narrative that says I must be perfect, must be certain, must be right? Sometimes, finding peace is less about seeking and more about surrendering. What do I need to let go of to breathe freely again? Thx fluidified for the beautiful music and the soul searching questions 🎶😎🫶🏼
