Love this channel and the videos. Every video I've seen so far made sense, rigth up until 4:56. This diagram appears to contradict almost everything that was carefully explained before. Whenever I think about how fast you can go on any trail you think the shortest distance between two points. On a bend, that's always the inside. The natural racing line would be to hug the inside of the turn but hit the outside of the turn as you exit the corner. That's racing though. What you appeared to state (before 4:56) was that the most sensible option for a safe and comfortable descent on such a steep section was to go up and around the outside and then catch the outside of the turn on the exit, which was your 'WORLD CUP' line... which you then proceed to say that you need fully commitment on, otherwise you will 'unstick' on the berm.

So much gold; especially when taking the concepts you teach in your course into consideration. 🤙🤙🤙

You speak about body turning. Can you explain how that works? I find what you're doing so interesting, Way beyond my current skills.
