love your stuff man People have been scanning channels and following party boats everywhere, for decades. We knew about charters like yours and kept them close too. Before cell phones it was easy to listen in. Before consumer grade electronics most of us followed the pros with VHF. I did it at the F.I. inlet with the Captree fleet and also out of Port Jeff. We were respectful and practiced the ultimate fishing etiquette. But we followed. Glad to see smiles all around.

MM rolled up litteraly took our drift when we had the place to ourselves for an hr before.. then his minions followed him as well as all the sneaker sized seabass with them. We destroyed the fluke before he wrecked it

You know, this year I have almost exclusively just used the bags they come in. I was using a mixed nut jar and while I didn’t leak I feel that overtime for gulp degraded

Hey john, wondering if you clean and package the fish as part of the charter and on a good day like this how long did it take you to clean them. Always amazed at how fast some of those party boat mate can fillet a fish. Man montauk really produces some beautiful fish. Nice work John .

I do and it takes me about a minute and a half a fluke. I’m by no means super fast like the Mates on party boats

Yes, but part time. I book around 70 trips a year but do have a full time job. Every weekend from May to November and then 3 weeks of vacation from my regular job.
