This is what i have always used and i usually have about 30 crickets at a time. I use this cricket quencher and i use the orange cubes they sell so 50% this 50% orange cubes. I think if you are going to use cricket quencher you should also use the orange cubes. Just because if it is an every day feeding and not starving the insects and then giving them a feast you want to make sure they have plenty of nutrients and calcium.

How have the orange cubes been for your crickets? Ive heard bad things about them killing crickets so I'm wondering if they're worth picking up.
