Yep they did, only a very small amount though so by the time it would’ve got to them it’d have almost all dispersed into the air

It's a British Army Avon S10 Gas Mask. You can find plenty on eBay.

domolords Dunno, the muzzle looks way too elongated and tighter for a S10 and the optical lenses look far too large it also doesn't have the latex rubber frames in the lenses too, I don't think it's a regular S10, might be an SF10. But now looking at it, some S10/SF10 series had weird geometry based around the original design, maybe just a variant.

Alen, that wouldn't protect him from the vapors without a canister, and that mask (Canadian C3) is 99.75% defective, and it is rubber and plastic with improper sealing.

Kyle Bittle Hence the gas mask. The tiny amount of mercury in a fluorescent bulb is enough to cause mild poisoning (again, hence the gas mask), but not enough to significantly damage the environment in the long term.

We used to do this over 40 years ago in part of a stores (now known as logistics...) organisation in a well known Naval Base in the UK. Although we were attempting to mimic the first Star Wars movie that came out in 1977, being England we must have tried this in 1978... No masks, no gloves, just brown dust coats and a healthy dose of youthful exuberance. And yes I’ve still got my eyesight and fingers and toes 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
