It’s stupid the first 25 seconds have to be counted here. And really all cutscene skips because of those didn’t count, this would be a sub 37 guaranteed

yeah it's not the greatest, but we keep it in because the timing of the cutscene skips is actually a new strat. by letting part of the cutscene play before skipping it'll load the next part faster. also it's a lot easier to just time it along with the "Start Game" on the title screen
