What a great winning final play from Felix. Michelena had just jumped back up from a fall down rebo when Felix immediately cranked an untouchable carom thrown from against the wall and almost at the serve line. Beautiful.

I watched bolivar live at Bridgeport often...to me...remen in singles was as good if not better.

Thanks for this. I’ve seen better film from the 30’s, what happened? Anyways the best ever, Bolivar. BTW So often Bolivar was coupled with a weaker back court partner, handicapping.
