Wow you are a great teacher for us simple minded people. All this time I kept trying to use my muscles and go really fast, 😂😂😂😂😂 but it was never fast. 🤪🧐 Now I can practice the right way. Thank you for this information. Belly dancing is my favorite form of dance. I'm a natural tom boy, so it taps into my feminine side. 😁

I will practice this but.. when you have post pregnancy belly full of stench marks and sags over my waist... It just looks like I'm breathing in and out really fast. :(

But why do belly dancing on an empty stomach? And why not on a half-empty, half-full, or full stomach? My stomach sounds forte when empty, mezzo when half-empty, piano when half-full, and quiet when full of healthy foods, drinks, and fresh air.
