for the first time, it is slow. but I think admin panels shouldn't be affected with this considering it is not used by end users..(assuming it's not a vendor panel)

An issue here is that for everytime you switch page, a new widget of the same page is instanciated instead of keeping it in memory

It's clean code, you could learn something called "SOLID"

I assume what you describe is the desired behavior on web - not necessarily on mobile app. Web Pages are mostly stateless. The data maybe kept in data services (providers etc) but the page UI is recreated every time you visit it. I guess one can argue that single page application paradigms do simulate pages changing while keeping hold of the UI by hiding and showing as theyr needed to be seen.
