To me, this appears to be symbolism about Fluttershy's insecurities. I don't think it's about getting replaced. The "mean" Fluttershy in her dream seems to represent her inner demons. Like most of us, we tend to run from our inner demons, instead of facing them like we should. Fluttershy's insecurities have always centered around her self-esteem and self-worth amongst her friends. She's "running" from the fear of her friends hating and/or abandoning her. It's a fear she may never fully face, but she's learning to accept that there are ponies who really care about her, flaws and all.

I feel like the smug-looking Fluttershy is supposed to represent courage and freedom, something the normal Fluttershy feel she can't have because of her insecurities. When we first see the other Fluttershy, she spins and enjoys her wings, almost like she's either enjoying existing or happy to have this body. The look doesn't strike me as mean, just smug or proud, she hadn't wronged the original Fluttershy in the video so I don't think she's mean, just not afraid and maybe even a little arrogant. Most of the video, I see the other leading Fluttershy, and even a point where I think the other is reaching out for Fluttershy lightly, an encouragement to her to try and catch her and be rid of her demons, but in the end with the lights chasing her it makes me think her insecurities got the better of her. She can't become that other Fluttershy because of her fears and insecurities, and it'll mock her.

Ho Li Lian Because she's not nervous or scared, I'd say she seems a bit arrogant actually. It's that polar opposite, without anything that makes the character docile/submissive/cowardly, they are very likely to turn arrogant. Plus it felt like she knew something we didn't. And we've seen that expression on Rainbow Dash probably, would we call her devilish-smiling?

I think I can understand the dream. The other Fluttershy pony, is a meaner and cold version of the Fluttershy, whom ends up replacing her and making her friends not only turn as cold and rude as the mean Fluttershy, but turn against her and end up going into a whole chase scence. When mean Fluteltershy catches her, she wakes up to see her friends around her, reassuring she's never going to be replaced.

My interpretation from this video is that Fluttershy is scared that her friends will replace her because she is too shy, and that they don't care for her. When she wakes up she realises that they like her and care for her a lot (as you can see from twilights expression, she is clearly worried) and that puts her mind at peace, or at least that is my opinion.

So it seems: The story happening prior to what happens in the video, is that the main six are going on bunches of quests, but Fluttershy feels that because she cannot do things the others can do, that she is of no use to them when it comes to friendship problems, and fears that they may realize that as well and replace her with somepony more, “useful.” This stresses her and worries her so much that she eventually has an emotional breakdown, and collapses onto the floor, unconscious. This is where her dream starts. In the dream Fluttershy finds herself alone, and she meets up with a copy of herself, an alternate version of herself. This copy then brings Fluttershy to a new dimension, and Fluttershy is met to the horrible sight of the Main six, with the copy with them. The main six give her looks that tell We that her replacement was planned by all of them. As Fluttershy notices how out of character they all are, it finally hits her that this was something her friends would never do, possibly not even think about. She rushes off to find her real friends, and fake Fluttershy and her gang chase after her, Fluttershy and the copy are neck at neck in this chase, as the copy gives her a look that says many things all at once. She will never be useful. The main six only pretended that she was. They hate her. Fluttershy try’s to ignore it, but as the copy starts to out fly her, the thoughts seem more convincing than before, as the scream in her head, drowning out the thoughts that say her friends actually love her. And just when Fluttershy is nearly consumed with these thoughts, she wakes up. She sees all of her terribly worried friends, asking her if she is Alright. It seemed that Twilight used magic to wake Fluttershy up. Fluttershy tells them of her dream, and of her concerns of not being useful. But her friends reassure her, telling her that replacing her was never a thought to them, and that if she thought the only reason they were all friends were because they had talents that were useful in bad situations, she thought wrong. Because the bond they all share is so much more than that. Omg That was long af :)
