This is the video I didn't know I needed. I am definitely a noob web designer but before and above that, I have always been an artist and it is so painful and boring to see all those websites I call "finance websites", lacking originality and emotion. I was scared of entering a world where I had to adapt to finance websites but I have decided to do things my way and make an artistic portfolio. I completed the design but have to build the live website and I keep doubting myself and whether this portfolio will actually make it into the world. Then I found this video and I feel more confident and I do feel I want to break the norm and make a difference. All this to say thank you! If anyone is interested in giving me feedback on my portfolio design I would be extremely happy to send it to you!
