Please describe why fly ash bricks are loaded into the lorry /truck with husk/ kher/ khar ( ie any soft materials) if the fly ash bricks are harder than red bricks.please clarify.

Sir, suppose we use rcc frame structure and use fly ash bricks, so for inside and outside can we use direct putty and then paint walls, or we must need to plaster then putty/pop and paint. I am asking this because you have mentioned that it does not generally require plastering. So if someone need to paint their house what would be your advice? Thanks for the video.

@@fazal.rizz_ Jadatar log soch nehi Pate ki Red bricks ka koi accha alternative ho sakta hai. Maine aapna ghar fly ash brick se banaya.Aur woh bhi load bearing structure ka renovation. Kam suru se pehle mistri log is bricks ko lekar Chik Chik kar rahe they. Lekin banne k baad woh hi log kehe rahe hai yeh bricks bahot aacha hai aur ek mistri aab fly ash brick se hi aapna ghar bana raha hai. Sirf ehi dekha ki Fly ash brick par mortar shukhne ki time red bricks se thoda jayda hai lekin bond acche se ho jata hai. Aur yeh pani absorb nehi karta. Aur isme plaster ki jarurat nehi yeh bhi sach hai. Acche se dewar ko banaya jaye to exposed brick rakh sakte hai yah direct putty apply karke paint bhi kar sakte hai. Sirf yehi dekhna hai ki bricks handmade nehi properly machine made hona chahiye.

As fly ash is one of the major ingredients & it was harmful for environment so it was made to be used in AAC blocks & fly ash bricks, so will it have any bad effect on humans or animals ? 2. How much cooler it will be when compared to fly ash or red bricks (in %age) ? 3. Is fly ash brick better than AAC as it is stronger ? 4. Will adhesive be cheaper overall as it is being used only 3mm vs 10mm cement and if we use adhesive, should it be of the same company as of the block or is there any good companies which I can buy for adhesive ? 5. How many years do AAC & fly ash brick can hold the strength as compared to red bricks ? 6. Also heard that AAC blocks develop cracks easily, pls tell ways to stop it ? 7. Is it good thinking to use fly ash bricks on the outer walls of the building & use AAC blocks in partition walls ?
