Simon uses a cork ball which he superglues to a Pallatrax size 8 Chod Gripz hook soaked in flavours as his fly, free feeding the 11mm Floaterz and moving to showing fish, while continually refreshing the attraction on the cork ball by giving it a quick soak in the flavour. Simon started on Charlie’s Pool then moved down to Jack’s Pool where he caught something special.

What tippet strength did you use ?, and what type mono or flouro, and finally was it a #7 rod ?. Going to have a go on my syndicate lake later this month caught plenty on floaters but not on a fly rod yet. Looks like it gave you a right old run around.
