that's how all state parks should be, you should see the park I work at, not enough rules,

@@CP-rp7yp that is how NYS Parks conducts things, each park however is different, there are a small few that will allow dogs, and other recreational activities and there are those like this one that are pretty much for hiking, bird watching, fly fishing and horseback riding, the last two require permits though, at my park, we have marina's kayaking, canoeing, and model airplane flying,
