I lived in Bozeman for several years and as far as I know there is nowhere to fish in the city. However there is excellent fly fishing not far away in the Yellowstone River and the Madison River to mention just two possibilities.

I was excited to see this video but when over 3/4 of the video is on getting there, it's no longer a fly fishing video. Nice work, but fly fishing content was pretty much non existent. Had it been reversed, I might think otherwise.

Definitely doesn’t live in Great Falls. If you had left your topper unlocked here…some meth head would have jacked all your gear. Bozeman area has some great fishing spots.

A bit of constructive criticism: This video demonstrates the need of an editor. It sets up like a murder mystery. while each shot has beauty in its own right, they take way to long to get to the fishing. the first 3- minutes need to be cut to 30seconds. OR if there is a compelling storyline that a good voice over mix would help deliver that could take the monotony out of the front end of the piece. the back end needs the same attention to beauty and a variety of fishing shots exemplifying the beauty of THAT experience. Or re title your piece ... "In anticipation of wetting a line" Nice effort, do more the cinematic side is quite good!

Sadly like everything else.....Generally the really good fishing anywhere near Bozeman is a thing of the past. They should have made the Gallatin catch and release long long ago. Go up on the Madison and it looks like the lines at Disney Land on some day's.....I wonder how many times some of those fish have been caught.

Hey! I’ve got a great idea. If you really love fishing somewhere, keep your go pros and cameras at home. You are inviting people to a place that does not have the infrastructure to support them. Where are you going to post your videos when the Gallatin and Madison are pimped out like the big hole, ruby and beaverhead. Move to the next river and ruin that one I suppose. Keep on posting these and you won’t have anywhere to post your narcissistic videos. Stop exploiting all of our resources so you can get paid for them! Get a real job.
