Chavanga river is a hard place to reach by land, but its an amazing and wildly magnificent location worth seeing. Due to its remote location salmon fishing is amazing there!

I find the name of the place in page 271 of Mr. Hubbert text. In the USST, a small plant of 400 kilowatts in the Kislaya Inlet, 80 kilometers northeast of Murmansk, began operating in 1968, and a much larger installation of 320 megawatts is planned for the Lombovska River on the northeast cost of the Kola Peninsula.
