I spent about ten years working washout, sharps bar, wagon wheel and more in that 10 mile lower section and loved every moment of it. I hope the fishery rebounds to the levels that I once knew. Thanks for the video.

Sam is the man. Great fisherman and conservationist. I would recommend you try to go swinging with him, but he is booked solid. Plus i wanna go, so don't.

At 5:32, that looks like a hatchery dorsal fin. Didn’t see an adipose fin.

What section of the river would you recommend to target steelhead in mid November?

I know its past but October through December i have done well from warm springs to trout creek. You will need a Indian permet to fish it. And check odfw regs. The numbers have been down
