Cheers Davey! Was a very good learning curve this trip. You never stop learning when you’re exploring. One day I’ll work out the Goulburn

That second spot is pretty popular and those fish will have seen a lot of flies/lures

Spot on mate.. which can be a great challenge when you go to target them. The Goulburn river and a few of the surrounding streams as a whole receive a lot of pressure from anglers but they can still be caught. All apart of the challenge and the fun

Hey mate they would have been feeding on blue winged olives they are everywhere at this time of year and are tiny
@TommyTimeFishing7 ай бұрын
G’day Scotty. I reckon you’re spot on but you gotta fish a size 22 or 24 to match the size because they are that tiny! Not the biggest fan of fishing such a small hook too. I reckon I need to find a blue winged olive that is tied on really small but it’s on a size 18 hook. Just feel more confident fishing a slightly bigger hook when you hook a nice size fish. Thanks heaps for watching mate appreciate your feedback!
