That area along Big Springs Road is known as "the ledges" and a well known spot. I've fished there many times and found it's either happening, or it' not. Many times I fished there and it was not, and you would swear there wasn't a fish in the the river. But I recall one afternoon there with a buddy when a sulphur hatch was coming off and we realized there are a million fish there. We caught half a million, or close. I swear.
