Id love to learn how to tie some smaller versions of this for steelhead. Looks like it could mimic an emerald shiner

Look around google "Bill & Kate Howe" used to tie some pretty great patterns "A.L.F" or "F.P.F"... They were doing this before it really became a style. I'm not sure how much information is still available honestly, but "Fly h20" might also be a good place to look. Best of luck
