Interesting variation on the Tom Thumb. I assure you this pattern has not been forgotten in BC! I must say I've never seen it with peacock like that. I tie it with red thread as an attractor, with green as a caddis and slightly dressed on a very small hook as a midge.

this is one of those patterns that look very simple in the fly box but give me a headache at the vice. i can never get the hair the same length front and back.
