I really can't put my finger on why I think Flygon's playthroughs seem the best. Maybe its the editing, the comedic timing, the strats.... I've seen a lot of YTers pick this up, but noone with this level of sheer likeability and charm - without ever going over the top. This shit to me is the adult equivalent of Sunday morning cartoons - incredibly comforting and always a treat to watch!

So small ant has done a few and knows how to approach the runs. I think the best approach is note taking like point crow ( he had like a spreadsheet and each town and building etc...). And thinking like smallant - getting an Abra, checking behind hms and what not. That being said. That was a Killer second attempt. You didn't do bad at all! Really enjoyed the content

I love how they both don't know that Dialga and Palkia have one of the highest catch rates out of all Pokemon, let alone Legendaries. For the Lord Of Time and Lady Of Space, they sure do like being in a Pokeball.

Dialga and palkia have a catch rate of 30 in platinum, which is lower than every future box legendary until sword and shield, and is no where near high compared to many other non legendaries.

@thefirstcurse3123 legendaries catch rates are really weird, and for the most part every single one prior to dialga and palkia had a rate of 3(besides kyogre and Groupon with a rate of 5) so by comparison they are 10x easier to catch in those games than any past legendaries. However starting in gen 5 almost every box legendary had a rate of 45 and then when they were all re-obtainable in future games they were dropped back to 3 such as in ultra wormholes or soaring above Hoenn. One other reason is the catch rate formula actually compares max hp to current HP in such a way pokemon with bigger max HP numbers are easier to catch at lower health. So at level 70 their max hp is much higher than most level 50 or 45 legendaries.

I would love to see a hardcore nuzloke of sword or shield where you only use regional variants like galarian zigzagoon and with isle of armor you can get a few alolan forms from the Diglet guy. You could do it in alola or hisui but sword and shield has the galarian forms and some of the alolan forms. I think this would be an entertaining run
