5:52 - Great message of bringing awareness to self-limiting beliefs and finding a path forward. "Beliefs" are tricky because they live in our subconscious, which is not necessarily about logic/reason/truth. With all the magical visuals and sounds of your Hawaii experience, you can review a short visual/audio synopsis each night before going to bed. A couple short written words of affirmation will complete the process. Now you've loaded up known positive associations into your conscious mind, which will soon slip into your subconscious mind. Continued success.
