Being from Chicago, I got SWA, UA, and AA are hubbing here between MDW and ORD. I wish DL had a hub here. They seem to be the most balanced airline out of everyone and I hear the least complaints about their customer service. I could switch to Delta, but I'd always have to take a connection at MSP or DET being the closets. boooooooooo lol. Awesome video. The lead FA was great for that announcement. I've never seen that before.

I've heard the same thing about Delta. But, TBH, I've had just as many bad experiences on Delta as any of the other airlines. American seems to be the worst; I've always had good luck on United, especially in recent years.

That plane doesn’t even look like it’s 33 years old for a plane built in 1990 it looks very nice and modern and in very good condition it doesn’t even look that old I love the old planes it’s a shame they’re getting retired.

There are plenty of widebody flights on some domestic routes on DL/UA/AA. Just have to be traveling to or from one of their hubs.
