$20 --- it depends on the type of aircraft, but Cutter was the least expensive for all types.

I would imagine that there are no airplanes for sale as they are all built by their owners. The kit will run you around 250000 to 300000 with quick build and build assist. Mojo grip is a KZbinr who just built one. Look him up
