I’m really contemplating purchasing a Bonanza. I’ve been spending a lot of time studying them.

I love the 1965 and later versions. I'd go fly one before buying! The V-tail is my very favorite X-country plane. You can't go wrong if it fits your mission!

What’s it like to land compared to a piper Cherokee or even a Cessna 172? Is it just faster and heavier

They could have been in any plane. I thought this would be techniques on how to fly a V tail. wrong.

What model Bonanza did you buy and fly in these videos?
@theav8rs457 жыл бұрын
Mine is a 1977 V35B. I've re-done most of the plane and I love it!

Sweet that is my first choice. I see a few really nice ones on the market right now for under 200k. Trying to find one for under 140k that is tough part now.

If you spent 80-90K on a good airframe/engine and the 40K on an avionics upgrade, you'd be in a great place!

Thanks for the tip! That helps me shop for right one. There are a few in the 120-150k range with most upgrades done and solid condition.

Basically the same hours as mine. I re-did the avionics and paint on mine. Nice bird!

Those Bonanza's seem to crash a lot. I feel safer in my piper tri-pacer

I’ve heard that the v-tail Bonanza in particular is a real challenge to fly.

Please spend more time with the camera pointed at the various aircraft systems and FAR less time with it pointed at your face.

Good advice! Thanks for watching!

Not much of a "How to" video watching the pilot's face and not what he's actually doing.
