Oh, boy. Do I ever have my work cut out for me. My horse is on the lazy side, and I'm no spring chicken. I'll study this video, but I'm not going to kid myself.........this won't be easy.

Don't make it harder that it already is, keep it simple. Look in Bug's play list. There is a video there of the first time I ever asker her to change leads. Probably will be helpful to you.

@timandersonhorsetraining Hello there! Today went much better, although we're a long way from perfect, lol. I tend to overthink my way into confusion. Any trainer I've ever had told me that. I know my horse can do it, I just have to work on my body positions. Today, he only took 1 step before he changed, and I lavished on the praise. My horse loves praise, most of them do. It wasn't perfect, but I was having fun. I even let loose with a "EEEEEEE-HAAAAA!" The Dressage riders were laughing at me. 🤣
