I dont know why i get emotional listening to this. the mid to late 2000s seemed like a simpler time. Before the massive over flow of social media phone apps and content creators. This reminds of a banker I loved to talked to, however briefly. Slightly taller than me, African American goddess, THICC, most beautiful voice I ever heard and told her as much, afro-ish hair, a cyclist, I can't remember her name. I will always remember her face and voice. I shared this song with her and she enjoyed it. She knew I was into her, and I knew she had a bf, and accepted it. I respected her for being loyal and told her I wished her the very best when she told she was leaving the bank to be a stewardess for a airline. I'll probably never see her again, but getting to listen to her speak with her resplendently, luscious voice was an unexpected delight.
