Great job Eric. Im new to flying with 23 hours. On track for PPL by December 2023. My plan is to fly to Dayton from New Castle, DE ILG to honor my father who died in 2019 he lived in Dayton his entire life. Question does Wright Patterson allow flying over it ? I would love to do it also.

Yes they do, just get on the flight following and let them know you want to do it and they will try to make it happen. That was the closest we could get because they had traffic at that time

Please forgive my ignorance. Are amphibious light sport planes like an Icon A5 allowed to land on the water of Put in Bay?
