The 757 is a really underrated plane and one of my favourite. My neighbour actually is a Condor flight attendant.

If Condor properly maintained the plane, even though it is 24 years old, it still is relatively new. On a proper maintenance schedule, that plane over a 4-6 year period would be rebuilt. Then engine landing gear and certain major components are removed and overhauled and the skin and the basic structure is either replaced or have had some serious structural work. Its obvious, over the years, the Condor chose not to modernize its fleet. The aisle monitors were removed ages ago and it should have WIFI. I hate to see that Boeing did not properly invest in the 757. Just like the 727, it highly versatile and has very few limitations.

I was sucessful with TAP and Lufthansa already with plusgrade. But Air Canada fell asleep 3 hours before departure and did not upgrade me. 8:27 I flew the 757-200 at United twice just recently. United even threw in new seats, sadly, it is more stuffed there. I might try to get the 757-324 there, too soon. The thing is that Boeing's management went asleep after the MDC merger and try to run the company as a company. They canceled this plane and airlines struggle with the 757. The A321 is too small. The 767 is also aging. The 737 has flaws without end. The A330, which used to be on Airberlin routes to Malle.

Come to America they fly all the damn time freaking there’s a 757 flight out of Atlanta. It just takes shit to Florida or there’s a 757. That’ll take you to New Orleans. They fly so freaking much here. It’s amazing. It’s like the 737. They fly pretty much all the same roots, there’s a 757 that goes all the way to Spain on United. They’re gonna be around for long time.
