Ha, another fellow musician that likes helicopters? 😉 It's a random nature ambient sound taken from a sound-library. I found it to be a bit dull with just the voiceover...

Oh, I really need to take out my Bell 47 ! Got stuck to all these beautiful airliners lately. How about getting proper helicopter 🚁 controls, where can you buy ? Guess expensive, like a small car 🚗

Jep, they are expensive. If You decide to spend the Monet I'd recommend investing in a full-sized cyclic as this is what really gives You more fine control. A twist grip Collective sure is nice to have, but really only needed with Helis without a governor (Bell 47, S300). As far as pedals go, You can basically use some cheap racing pedals. I recommend an austrian firm named OE-XAM. However if You live in the US shipping costs might favour an US based producer such as maxflightstick. Anyway be prepared to spend 600-800 $ for a cyclic replica. Greetz

@@thenerdyhelisimmer4608 Not everyone has a Monet they can sell off for flight sim gear! (Trolling for the algorithm.) I'm actually thinking about cobbling something together from a "normal" stick. The collective is more of an "issue", but I've seen some clever solutions. Or I'll build that from scratch (not totally impossible if you're not afraid of a wee bit of soldering).

@@insanebase8883 I made myself an extension for a desktop joystick with some copper pipes a few years back. It was quite an improvement 👍

Dabei handelt es sich um eine Final Approach & Take-Off Area (FATO) an der Kreuzung der Rollwege S und B12 West. Ist aus den Charts nicht ersichtlich.

@@thenerdyhelisimmer4608 Unfortunately, that is impossible. I only own MSFS and the only helicopter available for that is the Airbus H315, and that one has no wheels.
